We do not collect any data if you use the "Skip" option on email gates. Calculator inputs entered before email collection are processed in your browser only and are not sent to our servers.

- Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics: Anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser, and approximate geographic location (city level). No personally identifiable information is collected by default.
- Facebook Pixel: Anonymous tracking data for advertising measurement, including page views and conversion events. This data is pseudonymised.
- Chat Widget (GoHighLevel): If you interact with our live chat, your messages and any contact details you share are stored in our CRM.
Our free tools pages (roi-calculator.html, review-booster.html, analyser.html, etc.) use minimal tracking. All tool calculations happen in your browser.
2.3 Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age.
- We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, religion, political opinions, etc.).
- We do not use third-party web fonts that transfer your IP address to external services (e.g. no Google Fonts CDN).
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the following legal bases (UK GDPR):
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): When you submit a contact form, book a call, or opt in to receive marketing emails. You give explicit consent by submitting the form or ticking a consent checkbox.
- Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)): For anonymous website analytics to improve our services and user experience.
- Contract Performance (Article 6(1)(b)): When we process data necessary to deliver services you have purchased.
You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

- GoHighLevel (CRM): Hosted in the United States. Used for contact management, communications, and appointment scheduling.
- Google Analytics: Hosted in the United States/EU. Anonymous usage data only.
- Facebook (Meta): Hosted in the United States/EU. Anonymous advertising measurement data only.
Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and the provider's compliance with applicable data protection frameworks. By consenting, you acknowledge this transfer under UK GDPR Article 49(1)(a).
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Contact form submissions: Retained for as long as you remain a contact in our CRM or until you request deletion.
- Client data: Retained for 6 years after the end of the business relationship (for legal and accounting purposes).
- Marketing contacts: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
- Analytics data: Retained according to the respective service provider's retention policies (typically 14-26 months for Google Analytics).
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")

Our website uses the following tracking technologies:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM-5JSZNZ4Q): Manages analytics and marketing tags. GTM itself does not collect personal data but loads scripts that may.

- Facebook Pixel (630094975903061): Tracks page views and conversion events for advertising measurement. You can control Facebook ad tracking in your Facebook Ad Preferences.
- GoHighLevel Chat Widget: May set cookies to maintain chat sessions. Only activated when you interact with the chat.
Our standalone free tools pages are designed to minimise tracking. Calculations and data processing happen locally in your browser.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete existing ones. Note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality.
