We only collect data that you voluntarily provide when using our tools:

We do not collect any data if you use the "Skip" option on the email gate. Calculator inputs entered before the email gate are processed in your browser only and are not sent to our servers.

We process your personal data under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — Consent. You give explicit consent by ticking the checkbox before submitting your details. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).

To send you your personalised ROI report via email

To improve our tools and services (aggregated, non-identifying analysis only)

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored in our CRM system (GoHighLevel), which is hosted in the United States. GoHighLevel maintains appropriate data protection measures including encryption in transit and at rest. By consenting, you acknowledge this transfer outside the UK/EEA under GDPR Article 49(1)(a).

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Our free tools pages do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. No third-party fonts or scripts that transfer your IP address to external services are loaded. All processing happens in your browser.
